This Acceptable Use Policy describes prohibited uses of Neptune Technologies websites, client portals, and digital products.
Prohibited Activities
- Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful activity
- Unauthorized access, probing, or interference with systems
- Distribution of malware or phishing content
- Harassment, hate speech, or exploitation of minors
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of others
- Reselling or redistributing licensed products beyond the license grant
Enforcement
We may suspend or terminate access, remove content, and report activity to authorities when we reasonably believe this policy or the law has been violated.
